Refund Policy
At Saporo, we aim to ensure a hassle-free experience for our customers. In cases where a refund is necessary, we are committed to processing it efficiently.
Refund Process:
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 3 working days. The refund will generally be credited to your bank account within 7-10 working days. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the processing times of your bank
- If you paid using UPI, a credit/debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account used for the original order.
Terms and Conditions:
- Product Condition: All products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, accessories, freebies, and original boxes. If any of these items are missing, the return will not be accepted. For a hassle-free return process, kindly make sure to record an unboxing video.
- Packaging Retention: Kindly retain the packaging of the product for up to 7 days from delivery, as you may need it if you wish to return the product.
- Missing Components: In case any accessory or component (such as a jar, lid, etc.) is missing from the returned product, we will conduct an investigation with our logistics team. If the accessory is found to be missing during delivery, we will either ship the missing component to you or reimburse you for the cost of the missing product(s) based on the applicable market price or replace the entire product. For a hassle-free return process, kindly make sure to record an unboxing video.
- Delivery Failure: If our logistics team is unable to deliver your order to your location, a refund will be issued for your purchase.
